Moravian Gallery Brno - New Building for Contemporary Art Collections

The task of the project was a part of Moravian Gallery in Brno - a new building for contemporary art collections. It's situated in the park behind the Governor's Palace, current gallery building. To preserve public space, walkability through the site, and park, the majority of the new gallery is placed under the ground. The roof - shaped as a landscape - is let for people, greenery and art. The heart of the gallery is a big foyer, surrounded by exhibition spaces - big modern halls, fully technically equipped, adaptable to host various exhibitions or events regarding contemporary art.
