I am adding a suitable structure on the boundary between the urban and industrial zone, which is separated by Jesenická Street. I am building and revitalizing the plot after the demolished Hedva textile factory Living in greenery with sufficient amenities and public spaces for meeting and relaxing. Variations of different apartment sizes available 2kk and 3kk. Administration and coworking / innovation center for settling companies and budding entrepreneurs.
