The assignment is based on a former competition from Central Group for a new design for the plot of land next to the now-demolished Central Telecommunication Building, which is also nicknamed Mordor in Žižkov. The aim was to create a compact development with a sufficient amount of greenery and to bring this important intersection back to public awareness.
