THE INTERFACE OF CITY LANDSCAPE, SOLUTION OF THE NORTHEASTERN PART OF PRAGUE

The diploma thesis deals with a selected area at the interface between the city and the landscape in the northeast of the capital city of Prague. It is an area that combines parts that have been developed a lot in recent years, in terms of new residential areas and planned important constructions of transport infrastructure, and the agricultural landscape of Polabí. Through the analysis of the area, the work reaches the overall concept of the landscape with the main focus on the green infrastructure. The concept is divided into an initial vision, goals for the development of the area and a concept of individual layers of the landscape with model examples of proposed elements.
