RECREATIONAL AREA FOR ŘÍČKY IN ORLICKÉ HORY

This thesis project works with a parcel in Říčky v Orlických horách. The existing, non-functional building of a chalet is removed, to make place for two objects. The first object (A) contains a restaurant and an aparthotel with underground parking places. The second object (B) contains a coworking space for teamwork and recreation with acomodation. The project enters an exponated place in the scenery of the mountains Orlické with respect to the contextual and historic situation. It works with traditional forms and roofing materiál. An adjacent crossroads with its public space is also reworked.
