Civic Centre SESC in Lima

Annotation
This is a proposal for a large civic service center typical of South American megacities. Large concentrated centers are built by private corporations for their employees, representing the public sector. The award was thus based on a clear concept to bring together 20,000 sq metres of absolutely disparate operations, from swimming pool to restaurants, theatres, cinemas, libraries and medical facilities.
my key experience from erasmus
My „compañeros de uni“ in Lima often asked me why I had decided for Peru. I could not tell them the answer. When I was selecting the country for MBD, I chose the poorest country on the list. I was fascinated by the organic growth of cities, improvising building culture and I was convinced, that this experience might be unusually useful. And I succeed to fulfill this goal, for half a year I tried to understand how this 12million agglomeration of Lima works through water and traditional construction technics. Even though it was time to time „edgy“ and I fully understood importance of safety.
