What is small scale architecture I Outdoor breakfast shop

My concept is based on renting a piece of land in Taipei waiting to be built. This process often takes several months to years when the land is unused. Land prices are extremely expensive in our territory. Square meter is around 500 - 600 thousand NTD (around 400-500 thousand Kč). The concept is based on playing with modules. Why modules? Because it is the simplest unit that can be transported very easyly and in short time.
