Park wall belt in Florenc-Těšnov

Florenc-Těšnov is a place that needs to be understood. It is not necessary to know every detail, every step, house or corner. The territory can be read in different ways - as a traffic problem, as a residual problem, as a potential. I see the territory as a text that has lost a point. I read the place slowly, layer by layer, not excluding contradictions. The place works, but incoherently. I imagine myself looking at the space of the territory in question. I wonder respectfully what the right path of approach is. I am looking for a way to approach the solution of such a complex place, where transport hubs, residential structures and residual plots meet. I'm looking for a way to address the intractable, but to remain both open and specific. The Genius loci is not loud here.
