Around the city, around the river

The proposal focuses on the sustainable development of eastern Přeštice, aiming to connect the town with its natural surroundings. It unfolds in three stages: revitalization of the Úhlava River landscape with nature trails and a new pond; a sports zone linked to the school campus with a multifunctional hall and seasonal facilities; and a new residential district in V Háječku featuring compact housing, civic amenities, and strong ties to the city’s green axis. The concept is rooted in sustainability, permeability, and biodiversity, with each part functioning independently or as a cohesive whole.
