Regulatory plan - Benešov - centre

A regulatory plan is based on an urban and architectural design focused on the central part of the town of Benešov, near Prague. Its aim is to transform a housing estate Na Bezděkově, which directly adjoins the historic core of the town including Masarykovo náměstí into a contemporary and functionally balanced urban residential structure. It defines principles for improving the permeability of the area, the structure of the park Městské terasy and the design of new public spaces with the goal of enhancing the quality of the urban environment and supporting community life.
