Innerblock Hurtovna

Přeštice is currently facing a gradual outflow of the teenage population due to insufficient supply of housing stock. The project is therefore a residential complex of buildings in the centre of the town. The area in question is located in one of the last historical blocks of Přeštice, which has retained its historical character to this day. An important part of the design is therefore its sensitive integration into the context of the rural character. The individual plots of land in the area belong to both the city and a private investor. The aim is to bring these plots together, to make the block more accessible and to create a lively and permeable environment and an intimate feel. The subject proposal is for a compact residential development for young individuals and families.
