Annotation
The building, originally a water tower, remains an important strategic and landmark point in the area. The aim of the design was to preserve its historical essence, but to make the space accessible to people and give it a new lease of life. The building reflects the context of the location and meets the requirements for civic amenities. Functionally, the tower serves as a set of exhibition halls divided into private and public areas a permanent exhibition on the history of the place, consisting of a physical part (2nd floor) and an audiovisual part (3rd floor). The upper main hall for private purposes can be converted into an exhibition or lecture hall as needed. A closed path leads to the rentable spaces, ending on the roof with a a keyhole-shaped staircase.
