Annotation
The task of the project is to recover the site by the Vltava river in Holešovice with a new function and create a relaxing city park with a spa / wellness. The land has a very convenient location on the banks of the Vltava, which plays an important role in designing an architectural solution. In my seminar work I focused on the analysis of the whole Holešovice, including the development of the whole locality, a detailed analysis of the building site and the typology of spa architecture using several examples from around the world.
