Polyfunctional building with leasure centre

Work deals with a concept of density, which is narrowly connected with maximal space utilization, good public facilities and bond to the surroundings. I used specifically bent plot shape, which through the block connects Partyzánská and U Papírny street, to design polyfunctional building with leasure centre. Concept works with idea of leasure centre as a base of residential towers, that complete the building block.
