BRICK CORNER – V BOTANICE
Annotation
The design of the office building fills part of the blank space in the Smíchov city block. The gap was created here in the 1970s as a result of the connection of V Botanice Street to Kartouzská Street. The office building completes the northeast corner of the block. It has a ground floor serving commerce and five office floors with spatial variability. The building also houses a roof terrace with views of Petrin Hill and Prague Castle. The design also includes an apartment building, which offers 28 apartments of various sizes. Parking is located in two underground garages, connected with the design on the west side of the block.
