The building C is part of an office complex, which forms a city block. The building is made of one mass, which is connected from the south side to the existing buildings. The northern facade of the building is separated from the building A and thus forms a free passage to the courtyard of the office complex. The main facade of the building faces to Kelsenova Street.
The building has five floors with one underground floor, in which there are mainly technical rooms and warehouses. On the first floor there is a reception and a retail area. The other above-ground floors there are office spaces.
