Hybrid block Smichov

The Smíchov hybrid block consists of three objects that function as civic buildings. The block is located in Prague-Smíchov, in the district that is bordered by streets: Preslova, V Botanice, Matoušova and Štefánikova. Building A-in the western corner of the district is a 5-storey building, that is used mainly for office purposes, except for the first floor, which defined for small shops or cafes. Building B-on the northern border of the district is a 3-storey building , which function as a gastronomical complex consisting of marketplaces, beerhall and other establishments. Building C-on northern border of the district, identical to building A by number of floors and function. All 3 buildings are interconnected by a 2-storey underground car park with the entrance in building A.
