Regulatory plan Ústí nad Labem - Střekov

The content of the regulatory plan was to set binding conditions for the arrangement and use of public spaces and for the spatial solution of development on private land. The draft regulatory plan follows the urban project Ústí nad Labem Střekov, which was prepared in the summer semester 2020 in the studio Stempel - Beneš. The regulatory plan is prepared in accordance with the Building Act and its implementing regulations and simulates the elaboration of a regulatory plan exactly as processed in real practice.
