Site on a hill ended by a steep slope. Calm place, ideal for a garden city with a great view of Prague. The task is to design housing on a site not disturbed by any traffic and that’s away from cities everyday noise.
An ideal place for young families, for residents that want to live in the city, but still want their little garden. Garden city should also provide plenty of public space for communities, friends hanging out or for children playing. Preserving the sport court and making my design barrier-free was also vital to me.
My ambition was to combine terraced and residential housing that refers to the nearby terraced housing, but also brings something new.
