Project of library in Milan was searching for meaning of library in current world. Main factor while creating was respect for traditional form and strong influence of context. Building is designed into exclusive space - a park. The shape of library is designed to give greedom to treetops and not interfering with roots system. Main parts of library are two concrete cores which are holding stored books between. That creates hearth and solid construction of building. Asides from stored books there are two large study rooms and one cafe on the ground floor. Project is focused on connecting parterre with surroundings and creating more pleasant space from the park.
