What should housing look like in 2030? Affordable, high-quality and sustainable. The search for alternatives to standard ways of living is an important topic of contemporary architecture, and one of the possible solutions is co-housing. The apartment building is located on the territory of the former Koh-i-Noor Waldes factory. Within the framework of the proposed urbanism its design reflects the rich history of the place and at the same time explores one version of its future.
