We live in dynamic times. Population growth from 3 billion in the 1960s to more than 8 billion today. This time brings issues of urbanization, climate change, population aging and fundamental changes in production technology. All this, even in a relatively peaceful Europe, leads us to serious questions in the field of development and urban planning. It is obvious that we are no longer able to develop extensively and that we are in the process of finding all possible internal reserves. On the one hand, we are returning to the ancient-medieval concept of a concentrated city, at the same time, in its dynamics, society cannot get rid of mobility and the interconnection of goals.
