Residential building Between façades near the city center of Kolín and yet enjoys the benefits of privacy and silence that are not normally found in the city.
It is designed to close and existing block of houses and create a private housing , the full potential of which takes place between the facades.
The design are actually 3 separate smaller residential buildings connected with a shared
courtyard between them.
The northern house is raised from the street by three meters, which balances the uneven terrain between the two streets and creates space for a shops.
The central courtyard, as the main idea of the project, offers residents an oasis of peace and sense of community in the form of pleasant green corners and open social spaces.
