FAMILY HOUSE WITH A SCOUT CLUBROOM

I designed the family house with a scout clubroom in Nový Svět, Prague. It is part of a group of houses forming a small city within the city. Its stepped shape responds to the tight surroundings and visually opens up the space. The house has two entrances – one to the clubroom, which includes an open space with a kitchen, a folding wall, facilities, and a sleeping loft. The second entrance leads to the apartment. Through the hallway and staircase, you reach the bathrooms, children's room, bedroom with a terrace, and a living kitchen with access to the rooftop terrace. The façade features brick cladding, light gray concrete plaster, and red metal elements.
