Patisserie

In a residential area in the neighbourhood of Zahradní Město in Prague, low-rise Academic Centre provides housing, working and relaxing spaces for students. The block of houses creates various public spaces. Each house offers a campus facility and a small flat. The project of the Patisserie is organized on three levels: the patisserie is located on northern part with a sales counter, facilities on the ground floor and a gallery with tables above it; the apartment with a kitchen and a dining room is located on the level of the mezzanine, connects to level of the courtyard and has a generous height of one and a half floor. The second floor contains two bedrooms, a bathroom and a spacious terrace.
