Foundation house for residential creative stay of painters and sculptures.

An enlightened patron with a relationship to modern art decided to build a gallery with studios and space for accommodation for residential artists to support the work of young artists, present it to the public and develop artistic culture in our country. The space is used primarily for artists who have at their disposal studios and housing during their residency to concentrate on work, at the same time there is space for meetings, exhibitions and presentation of the work of artists to the lay and professional public.
