A house with a studio is created in this place naturally, by stacking together the required functions and needs of the site, like a dune, which is created by bringing a squeak with the help of the wind. A newly built building should not be perceived as something special, something that does not belong here, but also must not completely merge with the surrounding. Therefore, with a simple solution of facades, the building has a complex shape, remotely resembling a Letohrádek Hvězda. The building consists of separate block: public-large open spaces, allowing to carry out various actions according to the needs of residents; studio-multi-level premises, interconnected with each other and allowing simultaneous work on several different projects; private-functional, simply spaces for rest.
