For me, the labyrinth is a symbol of life and the way to one's inner self. During our life we ​​experience many great moments but also difficulties. There is one thing that troubles us quite often - our health. The Breath Labyrinth tries to point out the idea that the path to your health is also the path to yourself, or that the path to the breath is also the path to the spirit. There are various breathing techniques that help improve our health. The labyrinth is derived from a breathing technique called the "breathing alphabet". The technique is a combination of several techniques, it is suitable for anyone who needs to calm down, relax and recharge at a given moment. It is simple, but at the same time keeps the brain busy, so it is also suitable for children and for training memory.
