Creating a User Friendly Society: Sustainable Growth and Life Cycle Management in Civil Engineering

The research task has to improve the ability of decision practising management create conditions for sustainable development in living conditions of society. The proposal methods for technical design in civil engineering have not only to developtraditional values of buildings environment, but also create value added by means of new research and development, improvement of human resources, creation of user-friendly environment, during life cycle of construction work and urban areas. Theidentifiers of sustainable development have to be a means for creation of knowledge-oriented society and their management.
