Professional Identification Database of Locality Potential (IPOM) in the Cultural Landscape in Urban Planning and Socioeconomic Context

Basic principles for the development of Internet database for rural environment must necessarily be adapted from "what we need? " on "what we can offer - what is our potential?". And that's for a particular village, cultural landscape, just as for the urban aglomeration. Despite the immense richness of forms of country settlement, I can - for need of professional database of selected locality (I use the operating system OPPA Innovation of the Architecture and Construction) identify a number of finite elements that are characteristic. These features allow the program subsequently analyze in detail and clearly graphically present the target group. The aim of the project is treatment of examples of urban and architectural country settlements analyses in relation to the project Work Habits (CZ. 1.04) as a complex of individual counseling, targeted training, mobilization of local actors and the development of the potential of selected localities, Further Education Fund (contributory organization of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs) and my dissertation titled Forms and Processes of Non-agricultural Colonization as a Prerequisite for the Current Country Areas.
