Information from the meeting of the CTU management held on March 18th, 2020 at 9.30 am

Below you will find brief information from the school management meeting which was held on March 18 at 9.30 am on the MS Teams platform.
- The closure of the building is governed by a national regulation
- The school was disinfected in the past week after a proven infection, and only employees will be allowed to enter the building from 19 March 2020 on permission of the secretary, Jana Tóthová.
- Extraordinary one-time entry is also possible for students in a veil or a mask as opposed to signing a solemn declaration, for example to pick up their things. The candidates will report by e-mail to Jan Tesař, Vice-Dean for Public Relations, by Monday 23 March 2020, after which they will be informed of the date of entry.
- In the week of 16-22 March 2020, the distance learning is being tested on university supported platforms (MS Teams, Moodle, Kos, faculty email, etc.) Since March 23, 2020, we are fully moving towards the distance learning with all the responsibilities for students. These duties will be defined for each course in Moodle / Kos / eventually on the faculty website.
- The change of the academic year has not been set yet, at this moment the maximum period of prolonging the academic year which is being discussed is 14 days.
