Every Tuesday and Thursday at 9am, you can look forward to new lessons (pilates, poweryoga, fitness exercises, yoga, circular training, health exercises and other exercise) that you can do at home or in the office. At the same time, we will try to inspire you with opportunities for movement activities and exercise in your surroundings. The videos are shot with minimal editing and exceptionally we reach into our archive. If you cannot make the lesson, you can play it back in time that suits you.
We adhere to the saying, "In a healthy body, a healthy spirit." We recommend that all students and staff include a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise in their program at least twice a week. Use this time to improve your physical and mental condition.
