The 4th annual Architecture for Children conference is organized under the leadership of Prof. Irena Šestáková by the Department of Building Theory.
Imagine a playground in the city that children build, reshape and tear down themselves, where they test their own strength and judgment, make decisions, be themselves, with friends, without parents.... A place that changes with their age and imagination. It's adventurous and free.
Isn't that possible? Come and see for yourself that it is. You will be surprised at the alternatives to the classic playgrounds that exist in the world. The most famous of these is the "Adventure playground" concept, which has been widespread abroad since the 1970s.
We would like to support the creation of the first "Adventure playground" in the Czech Republic.
