Annotation
New building is situated to the historical part of city, in close neighbourhood of Dačice castle. The building should replace contemporary building of library not far away. The old building now doesnt meet the requirements, mainly space. The new building is situated to the site, where is now tentative parking lot. It naturally completes urban structure of the ciy.
