REVITALIZATION OF THE URBAN BLOCK OF THE FEDERAL HOUSE IN HUMPOLEC

The project focuses on the renovation and extension of a city block in Humpolec, historically home to a community house and an art school. It introduces four main functions an art school, gallery, café, and multifunctional hall forming a new cultural and community hub. The design connects historical structures with contemporary architecture, using exposed timber, green roofs, and sustainable materials. The aim is to create a vibrant space for meetings, creativity, and shared experiences, while reviving the site's cultural memory and enhancing community life.
