Annotation

The design of a spa hotel with a swimming pool and a multifunctional hall set in one of the largest green areas in Ústí nad Labem tries to help this ancient industrial city with a turbulent history return one of the lost functions of public space a space for relaxation, reconditioning and rest, and thus replace the original city spa from the beginning of the 20th century, which is no longer functional. The design of the spa hotel with an adjacent green area uses distinctive elements in the designed area, which are the chateau with the remains of the original garden, mature trees and a flowing stream. It allows them to blend in as naturally as possible with the new geometry, so that the designed area appears welcoming, cultural and comprehensive.
