Residential Building by the River

The building in Velké Poříčí is located in a quiet area near the river and a senior home. Its placement was carefully chosen to naturally integrate into the existing development and to respect the character of the surrounding environment. The project is designed as a new construction with three above-ground floors, combining residential and commercial functions. The ground floor includes spaces designated for a shop, a café, and an office, contributing to the local amenities and public services. The second and third floors are intended for housing and each contains four apartments two with a 2+kk layout (a living room with a kitchenette and one bedroom) and two with a 3+kk layout (a living room with a kitchenette and two bedrooms). This mix of units offers flexibility and is suitable for both individuals and families. The combination of commercial and residential uses ensures a vibrant and functional environment that supports the revitalization of this part of the town.
