Student Housing, Smíchov

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the design of student housing in the Smíchov district. The proposed building is a six-storey structure located on a corner plot in a dynamically developing area. The ground floor features primarily publicly accessible spaces, including a café and other commercial units. The upper floors accommodate student residential units of various typological arrangements, with a total capacity of 200 students.
