Podolí Infill - Apartment Buildings and Housing for the Elderly

My thesis focuses on the design of a seven-storey residential building located in the Podolí district of Prague, specifically within a gap site in a block development. The building integrates residential, commercial, and administrative functions. The ground floor is designated for commercial use, while the upper floors accommodate apartments of various sizesfour floors with 2-room units (2+KK) and two floors with more spacious 4-room units (4+KK). The basement extends into the courtyard, where it connects to an administrative building attached to the neighboring blind gable wall.
