Orionka Residence

The bachelor's thesis consists of the preparation of documentation for a building permit for an apartment building on Náměstí U Orionky in Prague's Vinohrady. It is a five-story building with two underground floors, that serve as garages, with a predominantly residential function. There are also 3 commercial spaces on the ground floor. The project mainly deals with the creation of solutions for the architectural part, the construction part, the design of fire safety and technical equipment, the design of construction site layout and, last but not least, the design of selected interiors.
