Zákupy - Behind the Farmyard

The subject of the documentation is a new community house for seniors. It is a social care facility with civic amenities. The proposed building is located in the municipality of Zákupy [562262], cadastral area Zákupy [790567]. It is situated on a plot of land created by the demolition of a number of existing industrial buildings that no longer serve their original purpose. It includes plots 1013/3, 271, 270/1, 170/2, 269, 268, 267, 265, and 263. The predominant longitudinal axis is oriented east-west. The layout includes 12 client rooms with facilities and a public area with a carpentry workshop and a multipurpose hall. The design concept follows the urban situation and context.
