Annotation
The bachelor's thesis is preparing the project documentation for the multifunctional building FLOW. The proposed building is located in Prague in Smíchov in the Na Zatlance area. On a plot of atypical shape, there is a sensitively designed multifunctional building with a combination of residential building with two floor parterre with a café, game room, study space and conferential room.
