Administrative Building Předlice - D

The administrative building is located in the part of Ústí nad Labem called Předlice. The task was to create the highest, but at the same time the narrowest mass. The result is an elegant and functional sophisticated building that combines aesthetics with sustainability. The façade is designed as a double skin. The first skin is a lightweight perimeter skin extending from the ground floor to the top floor. The second skin combines windows with photovoltaic panels, which not only enhances the modern look of the building but also contributes to its energy self-sufficiency.
