Corner House with Cinema

The house is located in a newly proposed location around the Botič stream, not far from the Vršovice railway station. On the ground floor, I am proposing commercial spaces for civic amenities and a café accessible from the corner, which serves as an entrance area for a cinema with three halls located in the basement. The apartments are located on all floors above ground, including the ground floor, facing the courtyard, where residents can go out onto private raised front gardens. The apartments come in a wide range of sizes and layouts. On the last two floors, we will find maisonettes with a private terrace. Only part of the study prepared for the bachelor's thesis is addressed within the bachelor's thesis.
