The designed building is a gallery apartment building with an active ground floor, located on the border of Vršovice and Nusle, in Bartoškova Street. The building is part of the urban design of residential blocks along the railway line, which bring affordable housing to the location and contribute to the liveliness and attractiveness of the place with their civic amenities. The narrow space between the street and the railway line gave the building a longitudinal plate shape. The ground floor of the apartment building has four universal commercial spaces and a café. The apartment building offers affordable 1kk, 3kk and maisonette 3kk apartments with gallery access, with every second apartment module being moved away from the street to the courtyard, creating intermediate spaces serving as loggias. The courtyard is elevated from the street, providing peace and privacy. There are collective garages for residents under the building.
