"Cities within the City" - Corner Apartment Building, Ronkova Street in Dolní Libeň, Prague 8

The design of the corner apartment building combines residential and commercial functions in accordance with the requirements of contemporary urban environments. The building is designed to be fully barrier-free and comprises a total of five above-ground floors and two underground levels. The ground floor is designated for commercial use, while the four upper floors accommodate residential units. The two underground levels are primarily intended for collective parking, storage facilities, and technical infrastructure. In total, the building offers thirty-six residential units, three commercial premises, thirty-three parking spaces, and associated technical facilities. The architectural concept reflects the urban context of the location and aims to contribute to the functional and visual revitalisation of the PragueLibeň district. The design emphasizes the integration of the building into the existing urban structure and contributes to the overall residential and social quality of the area.
