The bachelor project is based on a idea that was designed to fill an empty slot in the town of Zákupy. The slot on the square allows contact with the town. The proximity to the greenery and the stream is on the other hand, connection to nature. The designed objects between themselfs create a courtyard, which is an extension of the square. Housing and commerce spaces are improve the situation in Zákupy: lack of services and modern pleasant housing.
