Annotation

The old and new Žižkov. Olšanská street. A hotel, a police station, a church; once behind a house and a wall. Future boulevard. All of this the project takes in consideratioin and reacts to it. It is a Žižkov house in its own way. It has a sand plaster called břizolit and a gabled roof. Every flat has its outside space with scenery of a park Parukářka and a neighbouring cemetery. The flats are spacious with an entrance hall and with light from south, they are 4kk and 2kk. The facade facing Olšanská street respects the street line and height of surrounding buildings. Because of it it helps to separate the noise and pollution from the backyard. Southern facade has spacious balconies.
