CONVERSION OF FORMER INDUSTRIAL SITE IN ŽELEZNÝ BROD

The aim is to propose the conversion of the former textile factory in Železný Brod so that it becomes a new student and public center of the newly designed locality. The building will be at the head of a new square and will be a clearly recognizable solitaire, forming the centerpiece of a new emerging part of the city. The object of the building is student dormitory, urban / university library, textile museum referring to the history of the building and art school focused on fine art and glass making, which has a long tradition in Železný Brod.
