CONVERSION OF INDUSTRIAL AREAL - JIRÁSKOVO NÁBŘEŽÍ, ŽELEZNÝ BROD

The community house in Železný Brod is an attempt to design a socially intuitive house that contributes to the local community. It is a response to social - economics issues of the city. The proposed project aims to design a house that acts as a platform for people to share knowledge and experience, spend time together in order to create a community hub with social cohesion, offers variations of opportunities to productively spend free time, to relax, study, meet with people, communicate, share, social cohesion and support for community activity.
